3 Account Registration

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by h baj

h baj may temporarily suspend any account for a breach of rules, suspicious activity, or during a verification process. Transactions and gaming activity cannot be carried out from a suspended account.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

A user may voluntarily close their own account if they wish. A written request must be sent to customer support to do so. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

8.3 Permanent Closure

h baj may permanently close an account in the event of a serious policy violation. In such a situation, bonus funds may be forfeited; however, whether any verified real money balance is returned depends on the outcome of the investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

h baj is not liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game is disrupted due to a problem with the user's own network or device.
